One Farm, Three Processes: A Kenyan Coffee Tasting
A guided pour-over tasting exploring how processing shapes what you taste in the cup.
We're brewing three lots from Stephen Nendela's Muinami Estate in Kenya's Western Rift Valley — all the same Batian variety, same altitude, same harvest. The only difference is how each was processed: extended ferment washed, honey, and natural. All coffee is roasted by Subtext Coffee Roasters from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
